The wife and I planned on moving to Colorado but Fort Collins turned out to be nothing like what we expected but on our way back to Wa. we went through Bozeman and fell in love with the mountain views.

Default Bozeman

Have you ever watched a River Runs Through it with Brad Pitt. That was filmed outside of Bozeman. Go there. Billings is the most city-like anywhere in MT. Missoula is pretty as well, but def def Bozeman...(I live in Great falls so this is not a biased opinion). Happy moving

For scenery...It's a toss up between Missoula and Bozeman. Although, Missoula can be the most depressing city on the planet during the winter when the inversion sets in, and you dont see the sun (or the mountains) for three flipping weeks.

I'd warn that Bozeman is twice as snowy as Billings or Missoula, and a bit colder too.
Just how snowy is Billings? AND just how conservative??? I am a pretty liberal thinker... did no one vote for Obama in Billings???

None of the above. Why are you leaving Idaho?
