You should open a restaurant with a rotating sign...
"SUSHI" on one side for those that like it, and "BAIT" on the other for those that don't.

I am laughing so hard it's hurting my back ! Good idea but there should be a smaller sign underneath saying acupuncture and rickshaw rides also available !

For those of few of us immigrants to Montana who grew up eating a weekly BLCC*, occasional sushi is not a problem.
However, the majority of Montanans did not grow up eating a weekly, or even an occasional, BLCC*, and are not used to smoked or raw fish.
I have observed that most native Montanans will only eat fish that they themselves have caught, and it's only those immigrants from either coast, the Great Lakes or the Gulf of Mexico that will buy fish, when available.
*BLCC = Bagel, lox and cream cheese.
