Not sure about the new CVS, but I just passed the new Walgreens in Sabraton last night and it looks like most of the exterior work is finished there. It should be coming on line soon.
The CVS, along with a new hotel, is planned for the intersection of 705 and Pineview, right across from the Walgreens. Mon General recently took down their old sign on the site and the apartment buildings will probably be demolished some time this summer.
One gets the idea that there is a certain tit for tat situation here. Walgreens builds across from a CVS in Sabraton, so CVS builds across from a Walgreens on 705.

I'm trying to picture the exact location here. Will this be beside Grease Monkey?
