How about $14,000 is raised for road repair in this town...the heck we need another statue???
Most of the road repair issues are a function of state government. I'm sure they would gladly take your donation though, and probably throw it away some place else. This statue cause is a different matter,
and Knotts was a great, 5 time Emmy winning actor. He fully deserves the recognition.
