Need a lender/broker recommendation for HARP refi in L.A. (loan, property)

My client has an investment property that he would like to refi under HARP 2.0. The servicer is Seterus and is Fannie Mae owned.

There's a 217k balance on the first and 30k on the second that is a seller carry back and can be subordinated to the new first loan. Approximate value is 200k.

The owner is based in the Los Angeles area and the property is in Sacramento.

Can anyone recommend a lender/broker to help my client?
