Default ive started drinking because of trying to close on a house.......

been dealing with this since Nov.20, Been approved by the bank,went thru USDA underwriting,APPROVED!... gave the bank everything but a stool sample....now 2 days before closing they say my DTI is alittle high but my finacial situation hasnt changed at all.....told me i needed aletter from my landlord about paying rent on time for last year..that was no problem. How did it pass threw 2 underwriters (manual) without anybody saying something then? Has anyone got an idea? maybe i'll give them the stool sample after all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you would get more responses by starting your own thread rather than resurrecting a thread soon to be five years old. I don't know about the others, but by the time I get to the end of several pages, my eyes are glazing over.
