Is This a Good Rate right now
My son & DIL were preapproved at 4.67% with 5% down (all though they have more to put towards this) through my son's Union credit....

today's par rate is 5.875% on a 30yr fixed.
not sure if your son/dil is getting an ARM which would explain the low rate
|

Nope..30 year fixed
my son is a police officer and it's through a loan program the PBA ( Police Benevolant Assoc.) puts forth for police officers
So from what your saying this is good
