So, as you can see by my frequent posts, I guess I am a worrying freak! Just wanted to make sure this would not pose a problem - my husband is applying for the loan himself as I am a Stay at home mom with no income. But we do have a joint checking account - will that be an issue when we go to provide the last three months of bank statements? It is only his income that goes into our account - I haven't had any income of my own in several years...............

It should not be a problem

I am also a SAHM, and I was not on the loan application, and my name is on the house (whatever that means, lol).

We also have a joint checking account.

It's not a problem. They will ask for a letter from you verifying that it's OK for him to use joint funds for the purchase.
