What do you think are some of the worst movie lines ever? For me, the line on Pearl Harbor said by Josh Hartnett: "I think World War II just started!" Did the producers know nothing about history and the fact nobody would have said that? Stupid.

The one that I cannot forget and makes my teeth clench everytime I watched the movie was from Perfect Weapon with Jeff Speakman where, towards the very end of the movie, he tells the bad guy "I really wanna kill you..." with a really horrible fake "mean/angry" look.

That scene should be shown at acting schools as a great example of bad line delivery.

For me, it's 16 Candles at the end of the movie when they're sitting on the table and Jake tells Samantha to make a wish and she says, "It already came true." As much as I like the movie, that part always makes me gag.

"Love means never having to say you're sorry." (Love Story)

You gotta save Christianity, Richard! You gotta!

It's from a 1935 movie entitled "The Crusades". You can imagine that Old hollywood swagger and accent so out of line with the time period.

At the end of Four Weddings and a Funeral where Andie McDowell realizes she's in love with Hugh Grant she runs out in the rain to go tell him. He asks her why she's out in the rain, and she says, "Is it raining? I hadn't noticed" in the most flat, unemotional tone ever. It's the worst. I have a few friends that use that line as a joke when asked about the weather.

The delivery on Julia Roberts' line at the end of Pretty Woman is like nails on a chalkboard to me:

Edward: So what happens after he climbs up and rescues her?
Vivian: She rescues him right back.

First, I'm shocked that anyone other than myself has even seen that movie. Second, I agree, that has got to be one of the worst scenes ever. However, Speakman never really claimed to be a great actor. On the other hand, he was one wicked martial artist.
