Million Dollar Baby.

I didn't "love" it, but respected and admired 12 Years a Slave. I don't I could watch it again, though.

Food, Inc. Well, I didn't exactly love it, but it's an important film and I'm extremely glad I saw it. But no way do I need to see that gory inhumane crap again.

Those are two that make me wish I could wipe my memory of seeing them the first time and watch then anew.

I enjoyed Schindler's List (well made), but it is too depressing to watch more than once.

Grave of the Fireflies. I can't even think about it.

I'm +1 for almost all the above.

How about
What Dreams May Come (Robin Williams making sense of his wife's suicide, and the afterlife)
The Bedford Incident (1965) The best "Sub vs Destroyer" drama, but it ends with a pretty big bang.
The Man Who Loved Cat Dancing (1973) one of my favorite romantic flicks, a pretty good western, and you would NEVER guess who the (astonishingly good) lead male is.
Space Cowboys (2000) a great drama/comedy, with a super cast. But it's plot holes and inaccuracies come about as frequently as the laughs.
Catch-22 (1970) The WW2's version of Apocalypse Now, with far less blood 'n gore, but just as much crazy.
