Probably true. Brosnan possessed the better face, Craig the better body.

I do believe some where I read that women have started to take more notice in Bond movies when Craig took over.

Craig acquitted himself in this - but age-wise it'd be better if he made it his last. Running around after a certain age can be preposterous.

I think he would be 52 while filming the next Bond. I don't think SPECTRE had any of the shirtless scenes that were his signature.

Yes....50 is likely a good age for a Bond to retire. Let us hope they get another good one. Should be lots of interest. The franchise has been gaining momentum.

SPECTRE had a good opening week-end at 70 million. Could wind up close to the billion dollar mark when all is said and done. Skyfall went into that thin air.

Anyone else feel like the Daniel Craig Bond movies have gotten worse each time? I know most people seem to love Skyfall, but I thought it felt incomplete, derivative and goofy. Then Spectre was boring, derivative and goofy. Daniel Craig really phoned it on Spectre as well, so I feel like they should just let him move on, cast someone new(maybe Dan Stevens?) and reboot the series again in the vein of Casino Royale.
And for the love of God, they have to stop making Bond go rogue. Every single Daniel Craig installment has had Bond going rogue.

Don't forget that they started all over from the first books so that is to be expected. I loved them all equally myself.

Three good ones and a what the hell just happened episode?....in my opinion. Box office numbers show that most do not seem to share your perspective.

I suspect that SPECTRE may get close to the thin air of a billion dollar event after all is said and done. Very few movies do that. My theater was sold out on Saturday well before the start, I have never seen that happen to that theater. It has 16 theaters so a lot of showings are available. Never seen the parking lot that packed either.

Yeah, but by that logic Transformers 4 is twice as good as Casino Royale.

On the other hand, who wants to have to go find a new Bond right now? One more movie from Craig would be best for all parties involved.

Not at all. Transformers is the movie that people take their kids to. So they sell four tickets instead of one or two.

The Bond movies are picking up steam and more popular than ever. Craig was a gold mine. Best Bond ever.
