Eventually, All cult or classic films will get a remake or "reboot" as they say. Most will not compare to the originals.

The last rumors I'd read about a remake were years ago, it was supposed to be a film release and Johnny Depp was tapped to be the new Dr. FrankNFurther. Guess that fell through.

Im excited! I love Adam Lambert and loved the original so I think itll be fun but I definitely wont be comparing to the original, you just can't it was a classic!

Some movies should be left alone along with Goonies this is one of them. Which I believe someone from here said they were talking about.
