I don't think I've seen either of them since the late '80s, but I don't remember being particularly impressed by either of them. Wasn't THE DEAD POOL the one with a very young Liam Neeson in a very bad role?
The only DH movies I find worth rewatching are DIRTY HARRY and MAGNUM FORCE. THE ENFORCER is fun in a rather goofy way, but the whole thing had a made-for-TV air about it I never cared for.

I haven't seen it in 20+ years. Maybe a re-watch would change my opinion. But as a kid I thought THE ENFORCER felt more like a long episode of a TV cop show than a typical Dirty Harry flick.
I agree the first two were the best, with Magnum Force being my favorite. Enjoyed the exchanges between Harry Callahan and Briggs, especially the early scene "Well I just work for the city Briggs" Collected DVDs back in the day when it was more popular. Certainly have plenty of Clint Eastwood in my collection. Great movies.
