John Candy in "Planes, Trains and Automobiles", when he's digging on the car radio and gets his jacket arms stuck in the seat, forcing him to drive with his legs.

Al Pacino in "Insomnia", love this guy. I'm thinking of the scene in which he's interviewing the high school boy suspected of a murder.

Jim Caviezel in "Thin Red Line", when his private Witt character decoys the Japanese away from his squad, saving them by sacrificing his life.
