Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

Good movie but it wasn't great. I don't get the so-called ate the movie gets from people.

The Book Thief

I knew nothing about it, except "Death" was going to be the narrator, so I though it would be some creepy, alternative thing, given that's all one of my friends tends to watch. I was pleasantly surprised to see Emma Watson (from Harry Potter) was the lead and it was a solid story from WW II about a German family who hid a Jew.

Godzilla

Awesome movie. My heart was going about 100 mph during the action scenes and pretty much any time one of the monsters was on screen.

Def go see it.

"The Way Way Back" and "Elysium" yesterday. Liked both.

Watching Fast 6" now. Making me sad.

Godzilla 2014. Today in IMAX 3-D. First movie I've seen in a theater in years and well worth the wait!

Game of Death: Corny but totally fun, and I got to see Kareem Abdul-Jabbar grab a guy's head like a rebound and throw him off a staircase.

The Last Gladiators: Documentary about NHL enforcers centered around Chris "Knuckles" Nilan, and the trouble he's had coping since retirement. Good stuff.

In the Dark Half: I've gotten really into indie horror, but this was lame.
