Me too! I get those two mixed up all the time.
And most of young Hollywood I can never tell apart (Evan Rachel Woods, Rachel McAdams etc ....) same goes for the guys (Kellen Lutz, Ryan whatever his name is etc ....) they all seem to look (and act) just alike.
I watched something on cable the other and caught myself thinking, is that Jack Black? Why doesn't he look like Jack Black? Duh. Because it wasn't Jack Black, just a guy who looks like him. A recognizable face/name I think but I don't know it
