Always liked China Grove...Hearing pop songs like these at age 11-12 set me up to enjoy hard rock, punk, new wave and metal a few years later.

Mostly overlooked here. I can see people not being into their amateurism, but to me they were quite successful at making good music without much in the way of conventional technique.

Today would have been the 74th birthday of this beautiful precious had his going forward not taken place last October, if only I had officially discovered him before then, I love him so much!!!
