Two versions of Road Fever are out. This one is from Strikes, that is quite a bit more tame than the verson found on Rattlesnake Rock N' Roll. It's much heavier and mentions Jimi Hendrix along with way louder guitar, soloing and the previously mentioned Jimi Hendrix added lyrics. Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin. Albert even says..... "you gotta play the Jimi Hendrix thang". All this while laughing in amazement how good Stevie is/was. RIP Albert, Jimi, Janis and Stevie. Four people gone out of ONE song.
