Apples and oranges really. One is a singer/performer, the other is a prodigy musician/performer. Almost like saying who's better Eddie Van Halen or Luther Vandross, or choose between Madonna and Parliament Funkadelic. Very difficult to choose because both are so different.
Both are legendary, both will be inducted into the hall of fame.

MJ by far. The man was a genius and a misunderstood eccentric. History is quite possibly one of the greatest albums of all time, aside from his earlier work that he'll more likely be remembered for (Bad, Thriller).
I like Prince; but honestly MJ is legendary. When I listen to Michael Jackson, I also have to actually see the performance- he is that magical....
Btw, I can't listen to Michael Jackson without dancing, either
