I'd bring back Keith Moon, but if he was too busy, I bring back Nick Drake.

Ronnie James Dio, he is one of my all time favorite singers and I always thought his death was one of the hardest of all of the famous musicians deaths that has happened in my lifetime

As today is the 10th anniversary of Dimebag Darrell's assassination... I'd bring him back. Also, Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley and Freddie Mercury.

I'd take George over John. Harrison's post-Beatle work was far stronger. And John was quite the d-bag in later years, plus a lousy father to Julian.

For the most part, with the exception of Buddy Holly, Jimi Hendrix (and I'll add Robert Johnson), I think pretty much everyone mentioned was well past the peak of their best work when they passed.

Stevie Ray Vaughn

Even as a metal music listener, I loved his style and would have loved to see him play live
