For all the true romantics and the dreamers out there: are there any special love songs or love ballads you have stuck in your head, atm? Is there currently a song that really touches you, or pulls at your heartstrings, in a good way?

For me personally lol, the most recent love ballad that I'm hooked on right now is this one...both featured singers have *amazing* voices, in my humble opinion, especially Whitney!

Also I still love this one, and am still listening to it a lot, since I last posted a link to it a few months back

Jim Croce - Time In A Bottle [1973] - YouTube
This is my favorite song of all time. Although it has a heartbreaking meaning for me, it's so beautiful that I cannot stay away from it.

Maureen McGovern: DIFFERENT WORLDS (Theme from "Angie") - 1979 Single Version - YouTube
I enjoyed the series, and I love the theme song, even managing to find the 45 rpm. I've always felt that Maureen McGovern should have been a singing star. Even "The Morning After" from "The Poseidon Adventure" didn't help her that much.

Here's another romantic number that got lost in the disaster, this time "The Towering Inferno". (The heavy sax is a sign of the musical times~a bit too intrusive.)

What the heck?! I'll add her moment in time though most people didn't even recall the song, which was lip-synced by Carol Lynley not long before the disaster.
