Should I keep trying to sing? (singing, music video, band, player)

So I've desperately been trying to learn how sing for the past 5 years, without much luck or much input. I'm a guitar player that's been playing for 10 years and I've always wanted to be able to sing as well as play. Could I possibly get some input on whether I should keep trying or not? I would very much appreciate it! Thanks so much!

Actually, your voice isn't bad. I do think you are picking rather hard songs to sing. Perhaps with a band backing you up? It isn't easy singing only to a guitar.

Anyway, work on your singing and when you feel ready get on Tumblr one of those cool Tumblr themes for musicians (Tumblr for Musicians), and post your videos on YouTube and Tumblr!

Yep, stay at it until you get it. You sound just like Kenny.....one of the best modern guitar players since 1995.

Kenny has a really good singer but wanted to prove to the world he can too.

Kenny is a grandchild of Jimi Hendrix and a son of Stevie Ray Vaughan if you didn't know that already.
