I graduated in 1991.

More Than Words- Extreme (my class song)
Joyride- Roxette
Every thing I'd do- Bryan Adams
Cream- Prince

The rest of the list... eh... there were better songs that year IMO.

When I think of 1991 there are only two albums that stand out in my mind.

Never Mind - Nirvana

Loveless - My Bloody Valentine

How are there 27 #1's in '91 but only a handful in '92-94?

Anyways I'm quite fond of the Londonbeat song but I also like 'More Than Words'.

I've thought 1991 was one of the worst years for #1 singles, I especially hated Madonna's "Justify My Love", Extreme's "More Than Words", Bryan Adams' "Everything I Do" and Michael Bolton's "When A Man Loves A Woman", what was odd is it was one of the best years for Top 10 hit singles but it seems to be that the worst songs that makes the Top 10 ends up going to #1.

The only #1 songs I liked are Timmy T's "One More Try", Roxette's "Joyride" and Karyn White's "Romantic", the rest of the songs didn't really do much for me.
