I notice a few missing from your list:

"Ain't Coming Home" by Silvertide
"Ain't Going Down ('Til the Sun Comes Up)" by Garth Brooks
"Ain't it Fun" by Paramore
"Ain't it Fun" by The Dead Boys (and later covered by Guns N Roses)
"Ain't it Funny" by Jennifer Lopez (not the best but one I thought of off the top of my head)
"Ain't No Grave (Can Hold My Body Down)" by Johnny Cash (my personal pick for favorite "Ain't" song)
"It Ain't Over Until It's Over" by Lenny Kravitz

Some of these I don't know, but Johnny Cash, that's a damn good song.
Like Bill Wither's mentioned above, Johnny's song appears on my "Can" disc.
Likewise Lenny Kravitz song appears on my "Over" disc.

Always nice to see songs I was not aware of. I will give those a listen and maybe some make the cut and I'll add them to the disc.
