DUBLIN, Ga. (AP) - He shot a man twice and felt so good about it, police said, a rapper wrote a song describing the shooting and calling out the victim by name. A judge sentenced 25-year-old Rico Todriquez Wright Monday to spend the next 20 years in prison after his victim mentioned the hip hop confession to police.

Not a whole lot of ignorance in the post you quoted.

While it's not entirely non-existant, it's a lot more rare to see a man in a sport coat and dress pants or someone in any properly fitted pants and, say, a polo shirt or maybe a nice button up shirt mugging a man at an ATM or going on a drive by.

Like I said, it's not non-existant, but rare along the magnitude of a unicorn, or maybe a five-leaf clover.

There's not any racial undertone here, either... you don't need to be black, or asian, or mexican to be a thug. There are plenty of white thugs around, too. But they really don't dress respectably, either.

Pants down to knees is a big indicator of thuggish behavior, so is the sideways cocked hat, and so is a whole group of non-sports affiliated (*maybe they're fans of the sport, I know) people wearing similar jerseys, combined with all of the previously mentioned attributes.

Of course, I'm one who distrusts pretty much everyone, not just the ones embracing thug culture.
