...it started a rough day for visiting relatives...
'so we're all agathered 'bout 12 -14 of us..
...my favorite cousin's visitin ... she's be
stayin for a while...
lawdy how they go on and on... bout losing
jobs... no jobs... tryin to sell a house, no
buyers... losin value' ... tryin to make ends
meet week to week... on and on and on...
fear ...and so many troubles... some of em
can't eat, stomach knotted up...
....and I... was like a dishrag drained...
like a limp dishrag... weighed down to the
dirt ... no energy movin in me at all...
thought to myself what in Heaven can
I offer these people...
I's recalls Sir's promised festival and said
to them... to the relatives ... yall come
with me online to this special place...
we gon need a reader and somebody
who is good at describing scenes....
I want yall to see what He's done to
make this holiday special... talks to
them about Him... and all wanted to
take a look... then the cousin visting
for more than three days, volunteered
to be the reader...
... slaps knee remembering now...
big belly laugh... we then entered
what I like to call the MMC Experience...
... first song that Idol man...
powerful masculine voice pierces
heaviness and a lot of get up and go!
... them rhythms pounding all the
heartache outta you... yessirrr...
that voice workin ya mind...
pressing against skin... passin
through ya body... leaving you
wanting more cause you got energy
floodin
...then here comes the next song...
voices talk-sing of today's
challenges ... rhythm grips ...holds
me tight...
country music plays... fiddles...
guitars... yeeeaaaahhhh....
suddenly I'm hearing all these
happy feet tap out the beat...
big ole belly laugh...
I think to myself... these po mouth
relatives tapping they feet now?
oooweee!...head bobs up and down
in agreement 'bout a job well done...
... next come a song of
summertime... light melody with
sun's warmth... just a singin of
family gathering... well that put
them all in a happy mood and 'fore
you knows it they talkin 'bout good
times and good memories and laughin
'bout this and that...
laughter came outta their mouths
and filled their lungs.. veils of joy
wraps 'round heart... feelin' happy...
then they started talkin and compete'in
with one 'nother in a good way..
remember this and look at that boy
there just like jeffrey etcs...
the cousin staying was very good in
describin the scenes... and everyone
else adds their two cents... after a
while everyone is laughin and sayin
they remember when this tune was
done... and that tune... and ohhh
look at the kids...

...then I hears clopidy clop.. clopidy clop... cousin
explains setting... quiet country... farm... horse...
gentle voice talks about harnessing... the menfolk
get excited cause there's those Amish.. then they
stop talkin and saying they never knew there was
black folks that were Amish... now they really
interested in what this young fellow know...
the old ones scooting their chairs up cause
I hear em...
they played the two horse videos 'bout 10 times
each... just loved it
...then came the soothing harmonies ...cousin
describes boat and water...feeling of warmth
fills ears and heart... big ole smile... delight
spills over me... honeyed notes fill heart with
joy...
...lightness... sweet voices beckon... all
tension melts away... deep peacefulness
settles... sleepiness takes hold... we nap...
fore I knows it... everybody getting
comfortable... having gentle times.. soft
laughter... hearing rocking... some snores...
folks getting comfy on rugs... and all..
...I wake... shocked that I had fell asleep
on company! laughing... oh man did I feel
refreshed... and soooo peaceful... nothin
like I ever felt before and that's the truth...
a lightness... a special awareness...
bell-like clarity.... her too!
After a bit when everybody woke up from
the sea sounds we had a good lunch and
all the troubles were gone! .. They just
didn't seem so important any more...
folks took off where they left off and
remarked how they all felt so good at
my house...
I just laughed inside cause it was that
MMC experience that done it to em...
Thank You, Mr. MMC... Your gift of
experiences took away all those
troubles ... all that heaviness!
Thank You for the MMC Experience ...
and in the new moon period as well...
I know yall farm people believe in all
that and I'm glad cause now those
happy seeds were planted deep inside...
gonna see what pops up as fruit
when the full moon comes... laughin...
ya relieved my family of the troubles
that we were carryin... let us see into
that country club as well... everything
ended with peace and new clarity
for us all!!!

since those "good seeds" were firmly planted
on their insides... during new moon time... if they
water them every day... new fruit will sprout by
full moon...
same if they had planted hateful or seeds of loss on the
insides and water those kinda seeds every day... then by
full moon they will get more loss and more tasty hate to
hate with...

believe it or not it isn't automatic... a far east dance

....This day is often a sad and thoughtful one for
family and self Sir... for remembering family all
that has passed and folks we have been missing
since Vietnam time...
must say this day has not been so sad for this one
and sister in law... for we crossed into Thy grand
adventure...!!! WOW!!!!

took up the sharing of the day with Me dear... so
tho we could not be physically together... we were
in heart and united in the visitations of every group
written about..
a united heart of oneness and harmony... ... can't
let a little thing like physical distance keep us apart
