She's an entertainer. There doesn't have to be any purpose or meaning behind whatever weird stuff they wear.

So, her market is people who are entertained at the sight of cigarettes plastered to the side of someone's face? How droll.

Somehow I'm not disappointed that I'm one of the people who don't "get" her.

Good. Than stop thinking about her too much. That is why you have MP3 Players these days. So you buy and choose what you want to hear. You don't need to buy her music. Meanwhile I can't wait to buy her Remix Album.

Stop thinking about her "too much?" I hardly ever think about her at all.

And thanks for the treatise on why we have mp3 players. I never had a clue until you explained it to me.

I think it's more "people who are entertained by how strange she is." She isn't quite the usual pop star.

And I guess that's where I disagree. There have been numerous "look how strange I am" pop acts throughout the ages. The way people praise her "unique" personal style, you'd think it were Ziggy Stardust all over again. And it kind of is -- in that it's been done before.

I remember I gave someone a mouthful when they were like look, she's like david bowie, and I was like have you ever even listened to Ziggy Stardust, have you ever even experienced bowies early 70s albums? no? then **** because this chick can never touch that level of genius.

Default Lady Gaga - any straight fans?

It seems Lady Gaga fandom is being confined more and more to the gay community. Does she have any straight fans...specifically straight male fans?
