I saw Rudimental last night.
Was a great show... I hadn't listened much to their stuff, and went along with a friend.
hadn't been to a live show in a few months, was tired after work and dragged myself a long..nothing beats live music, turned up loud... those troubles just melt away.
Pleasantly surprised... big vocal drum n bass sounds.. the drummer was out of this world loud..started with thumping bang ...danced all night..... High vibe, feel good music. Good times !
Pop confections. "Meteor" has some really great musicianship. Inara George (daughter of Lowell George of Little Feat) is a wildly talented songwriter too. I loved her work in Merrick for my down moods, especially the song "Infinity", which I'm sure I've posted here.
For generally good feel music I can only take her for a little while. But that while is pretty fun. This is cocktail party music.
