Those are a couple of very talented and highly underrated musicians; first time I ever heard that song. Sad they worked for a megalomaniac; Wendy's abilities always seemed to be misused.

Another backup singer, Brie Howard (aka Brie Darling, Brie Brandt, Brie Berry, Brie Howard Darling), known for her percussion and backup vocals for Robbie Nevil's "C'est la Vie". She was in a 70s band, Fanny, and then in this one, Neola. "Get It Off Your Chest".

Brie Howard's daughter, Brandi Brandt, appears in the video to Aerosmith's "Love in an Elevator" ("2nd floor...hardware, children's wear, lady's lingerie. Oh, good morning, Mr. Tyler. Going... down?"). She was Playboy's Miss October 1987, was married to Nikki Sixx of Mötley Crüe for seven years, got involved in a cocaine ring in Australia, and is now serving time Down Under.

Another Brie Howard project from right before "C'est la Vie", American Girls. Very poor quality video, recorded off a TV.

Anachronistic video from Dokken, "Into the Fire", 1984, with George Lynch on guitar.

She was hired for the video/tour, right? A while back, I looked her up on Discogs and she has no actual credit on the album itself.

Brie was previously married to James Newton Howard (RIP).

I heard this band for the first time in a long time tonight driving home, courtesy of Dee Snider's House of Hair. The American doom metal band Trouble, "Run to the Light".
