In the '80s, we'd make semi-regular treks from SoCal to Oakland, where my cousins lived. We'd always stay at my uncle's. His one son (my closest cousin) DJ'd a college radio show and would always show me new music. I literally haven't seen this video in over three decades! These guys were an Oakland band, too, believe it or not.
I dont know if this was heard elsewhere but here in Ohio it was a minor hit in the early-mid 80s, one station played it every Friday at 5PM to kick off the weekend.

It was used a lot in the Phoenix area as well, same time, too. That and Loverboy's song, "Workin' for the Weekend".
Great guitar riffs, not the best vocals. So what, it's about a "Little T&A", Keith Richards and The Stones. I don't remember it being really bleeped out, either... unintelligible, perhaps?
