Im talking about songs that came out in the "New Jack Swing" era 1988-1994. IDK why but I love R&B and hip hop from this particular time period

List some of your favorite artists from this period if you have any

R Kelly - Bump and Grind Remix

Heavy D and the Boyz - Now That We've Found Love

Bell Biv Devoe - Do Me

I love all those artists except After 7, Mint condition, Silk. I've never heard of those three.

This is really new jack swing, but how about Ginuwines earliest work from like 1995-96

Placing 1988-1994 as "old school" makes me feel rather old. To me "old school" R&B would be more like Anita Baker, Patti LaBelle, the O'Jays, and Luther Vandross. Possibly even older stuff than that. Still maybe the following will fit what you mean.

The second is more like rap.
