"Same Old Lang Syne" is always played around the holidays. It was released in December of 1980 and was featured on Dan's finest album "The Innocent Age" in 1981

It tells a story of his bumping into an old girlfriend in a 7-11 store in Peoria Illinois during the holidays season in 1975, so the story was already 5 years old when the song was out
