Hello to all of you lucky folks who live in the Myrtle Beach area. I will join you someday but unfortunately it isn't today, doh I can't wait until my next visit to Murrells Inlet. Anyone want to come join us here in Massachusetts LOL.
And if Mass isn't your cup of tea (see what I did there) you can always visit Michigan. Well, it's under nearly 3 feet of snow where I'm at, but it's there.
Or you can come to WV, apparently there is always snow in Beckley in the winter...even when it's 50 out. It's been above freezing for four days, yet when I came though there was still snow on the ground. There is a ski resort there for any of the snow lovers as well. If anyone in MB wants to trade places with me in WV....let me know I'll be happy to trade you any day of the week.

This is our third winter of staying away from NJ and the Northeast during the winter months. Also the third year of not seeing snowfall (although we did experience some flurries before we left NJ). I am very happy to watch the snow action on CNN from our snow-less winter retreat!
In early January, I was reminded of one reason we moved to MB (my tax bill came which was 20% of what I was paying in CT) and the past couple of days reminded me of the other reason we came here....no snow/frigid temps. I am more than happy to watch the snow on TV.
