We finally sold our house and will be moving to Surfside Beach in 2 weeks
We are currently looking at the Villages at Queens Harbor condos and the Birch and Coppice Community. They both are under construction and both around the same price. Birch n coppice is actually in the Surfside boundaries and wueens Harbour is in Myrtle Beach. Was wondering if anybody had any information on either one of these 2 communities? The only thing I really do not like about them is they do not have a garage. Also was wondering if anybody knew of a nice apartment building or condo that is available to stay in while my condo when I pick one is being finish? It looks like it will take 1 or 2 months to finish Queens Harbour and maybe 3 months to finish Birch n coppice. Thank you very much for any help that you could give me

I know that The Vinings over in Market Common rents by the month. It’s a 5 minute drive to Queens Harbor. Are you only interested in Surfside? Recently, I was condo/house hunting with relatives and they really liked Marcliffe West in Prince Creek (Murrells Inlet). New construction. Some have garages.

Actually, no that is not part of the actual Surfside Beach. Surfside Beach is only 2 miles by 1 mile and all of the actual town limits are pretty much east of business 17. If you move to Birch and Coppice, you will not be a resident of Surfside Beach.

I loved Marcliffe West but I don't think it's in my budget. Driving through that community was wonderful. I'm interested in Surfside,Garden City, and Murrells Inlet. Thank you so much for the info on The Vinings. I need all the help I can get.
