I don;t knwo why I can never remember. I have a condo (vacation home, not a rental) I bought a few years ago. In NC where I live, we have to list our real property every January (they mail us a form). Do we have to list our real property in SC? I can't find anything on the Horry Co website, so I'm thinking no. I knwo we have to do that PR-26 form every April (I have to note that we do not rent it out so we are not charged personal property tax).

I want to make sure I don't miss any deadlines like I did the first year with the PR-26 form. I didn't know about it, and nothing was mentioned at the closing about it, so I ended up having to pay personal property tax one year. TIA!

OK thanks! My paperwork's a mess right now, so I couldn't put my hands on anything, and I didn't want to miss the deadline if it was 1/31 like it is in NC.

The website did say something about a reassessment in 2019 but I haven't received anything about that. Maybe my amount didn't go up? It did say they would mail notices if your assessment went up more than $1,000.
