What is the trick to booking an appt. I logged onto to site 5 minutes before 6am ( the time it suppose to open) and I never got a chance to book an appt. how did so many people get in front of me when I signed on before the opening at 6am. Do you have to sign in at 5 am?

I'm guessing that perhaps they ran out of vaccine and wont schedule any appointments until they get more. I imagine all these Publix pharmacies are getting a very limited supply at this point.

Lee County reported that it received 30,000 calls per second when it opened its call center for appointments and had only 1,000 people taking calls. The call centers are overwhelmed by the call volume.

My strategy was to call and immediately hang up and recall when I received a busy signal. I did this 65 times in 9 minutes before I got through.

Collier County uses the Everbrite system and I was never able to book an appointment.

I had no trouble here. The website refreshes every minute so just wait until your turn comes. If you keep fussing with it and refreshing your browser or phone its counterproductive. Maybe its because almost everyone in Naples is over 65, they ran out in minutes.

I was trying this morning on Publix for my dad in Naples - actually got the screen to make an appointment but the page changed for some reason just before I could finish and lost it! Happy ending though - couldn't get through on the Lee County phone line at 9 (got message that the number of people holding exceeded appt. slots) but saw at 10 the message on the website that the call center was still open - gave it another go and got him an appointment!
