Where would the best place be outside Nashville (up to 45 mins away) if you were looking for reasonably prices houses on 3-5 acres? Horses being allowed is a plus too!

Thanks

Check out Fairview in Williamson County. Lots of horse properties for sale and only 30 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Check out www.realtracs.com and look for the counties surrounding Davidson/Nashville: Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, Williamson, Cheatham, Robertson. Cheatham and Robertson will probably be the most affordable but you can find 3-5 acres in any of those counties within a 45 minute radius of Nashville.

Pretty good time to be buying land in the outlying areas right now… Robertson County has always seemed reasonable priced for the commute time to Nashville (and somehow more natural / open land feel to it), you might take advantage of the market timing and find something in Williamson County within reason that also offers the conveniences of Franklin or Cool Springs in addition to the drive time to Nashville. Also, Rutherford County areas that offer quick routes to 840 might add to your available options.
