I've looked around the boards for a few days, and I know that you are all helpful. So, maybe you can help out, please???

DH and I are looking to relo to Spring Hill within 6-9 months. We will be looking to rent for about 12 months. He is wanting to go to the sound engineering school in DT Nash, so once school is up we're not sure where we'll be jobwise. Renting, for now is the best for us.

Where is the best place to look for rentals? I've looked a little online and have found a few. We're looking for a house, not apt. We're also a family with two kids, so a kid friendly place is a must.

Also, since we have kids, schools are important, too. I've read that Williamson Co schools are the best. Are Maury Co schools that bad?? It seems that what little rental housing market I find is in Maury Co. Will my kids receive a horrible education from Maury CO schools?

Tons of questions, sorry. Please let me know if there is anything that I need to know about Spring Hill.

Thanks y'all!!

I have been checking out rentals on realtracs.com it lets you pick the county and then rentals. I find it extremely helpful to gage pricing and the type of homes in the area I want to move. Hope this helps.

Smile Spring Hill Rentals

There are plenty of rentals available in the Spring Hill area. On the Williamson County side, you can usually expect to pay $75-125 a month more in rent than on the Maury County side for the same house. Feel free to give me a call at my office, Tom Laskey - Bob Parks Realty, LLC - 615-790-7400 x463 when you're ready to look. I'll be happy to help.
