Are there any places in Nashville area that are known for having cheap milk prices, preferably in the Hendersonville area? In one of our previous homes there was a convenience store that used cheap milk prices to get people in the door. We go through a lot of milk in my home and I am finding the milk prices here in Nashville are more expensive than in our previous state.

Milk has gone up a lot in the past year or two. That may be part of what you're experiencing. Some store brands are significantly cheaper; you might shop around and see what stores have the cheapest house brand.

Aldi's has relatively cheap milk. I just picked up a gallon of 2% for $3.35 when I've been paying close to $4 for it at the grocery store.

I hadn't thought about Aldi's. Thanks!

I guess I will just have to suffer through the milk prices. Or if some executive from a store is reading they can use my idea of cheap milk prices to get people in the door.

I paid $3.29 at Publix last week. I just looked at my receipt. I've found that their store brand is as good as any of the other brands.
