We have been looking at Franklin becuase the schools are great, but we have found the Hendersonville is alot cheaper to live, but I wanted to get opinions on the schools there too.

Are they as good as Franklin?

Also, does Hendersonville have a nice downtown area like Franklin?

Thanks so much!!!

Jennifer

Hendersonville(Sumner County) has very good rated schools, although not rated as high as Franklin(Williamson County). Hendersonville does not have a downtown area like Franklin but it is closer to a lake if that is of interest. You definitely get more for your money in Hendersonville. The prices are higher in the Franklin area for a number of reasons, some of which include: convenience, schools, demand, amenities, income per household, etc.

The Streets of Indian Lake will be developing over the next few years to give Hendersonville a "town-square" type feel.

CoolMama: are you interested in all levels of Hendersonville schools?
