Hi , I think it is a good idea to purchase a rental property in Nashville considering a lot of people are moving in Nasvhille. I need help to decide the area for my purchase where properties can get rented faster. I don't want to spend over $150,000 and understand that good school in this budget is hard or maybe impossible today.

These are the areas I think fall in the budget. Please tell me which would be a smarter move to purchase a rental property and also please educate me (:-)) on areas that get rented faster by younger millennials or families etc.

This is what I have looked at so far.

1. North of Nashville (around Hart Lane)- beautiful 1000 + sq ft home are available and nicely updated. not sure of the area
2. Madison - Ok Ok..
3. Old hickory - I like the overall feel of neighborhoods here.
4. Davidson county - near the airport (elm hill pike etc) - nice updates here as well.
5. Few homes in Hendersonville - not great homes in this price range
6. Nolensville pike area-
7. Near TN state Univ- Don't like the area.
