The law is there for the protection of the orca's and whales......not for the kayakers. The kayakers should have left the area as soon as the orca's moved in

We have more kayakers than whales and orca's combined.

I can't get the video to load, but how can the orcas handle the kayak paddles with those stubby little fins of theirs? Doesn't sound credible to me.
