The Farmers Wife. (Omaha, Sutherland: insurance, college, live)

I was at the Omaha Public Library the other day and came across a video series called "The Farmers Wife" a PBS Frontline special filmed about 10 years ago.

We checked it out and watched it, very interesting.

Would anyone know what ever happened to this Farm family?

I sure hope the Buschkoetters didn't have the same troubles as the Loud family after their 15 minutes (weeks, months, whatever) of fame.
A few years ago there was a news story they had seperated but his comments were that it was a personal matter, divorce was not being considered.
Haven't heard of them since.

I had forgotten about that show... I really enjoyed watching it - so you had my curiosity up. Here is what I found (sadly)

January 2006

Darrel and Juanita divorced and each has since remarried and are happy in their new lives. The girls see both parents often and the two oldest girls are in college. Juanita is managing crop insurance and Darrel still has the farm going.
