when are you moving to town? since you'd have to contact vea to turn on your household electricity, they could probably tell you what towers are closest to you & if they are live or not.
We are coming to town tomorrow to look at a house that we are interested in, but the internet situation will make or break the deal, as we require it for our income. Perhaps I will put a call into VEA tomorrow morning and inquire about the services available to that address.

Thank you for all of your help. It is greatly appreciated!

What's the current Internet situation? VEA is supposed to be installing Fiber in Pahrump. Is that actually happening? I'm looking at moving to Pahrump but also require a good Internet connection for work.

VEA is working great. They do have some maintenance run around 3-4am some days and it can be spotty during that time, but otherwise it's been very good. 25up/25 down for $50/month.
