Looking for somewhere to take the little one (almost 4yr) to get out of the house. Have any suggestions other than Boston Children's Museum, Boston Aquarium, and the Mystic Aquarium as we have already been to those places.

Looking for something in either MA, RI, CT or NH. Basically anything that is 1-2hour drive from Fall River.

Found a place called Ecotrium in Worcester, MA, but not sure how big it is- would like something that we can do for several hours.

Thank you

X-posted in RI, MA and CT forums as well

Ecotarium is pretty big. We killed at least a 1/2 day there but my kids could spend hours just on a playground.

There are a few indoor playgrounds around: Discovery Stop in Londonderry, Bobos in Nashua, Nuthin but Good Times in Merrimack.

SEE Science Center in Manchester.

Discovery Museum in Acton.

Stone Zoo/Franklin Park Zoo.

Charmingfare Farm in Candia.

Walking trails at Mine Falls Park in Nashua.

When the spring gets here, both Nashua and Manchester have baseball teams.

Nashua has the midfield cafe for lunch and plane watching.

Next month when sugaring starts, you can head to Parkers Maple Barn in Mason to watch them making maple syrup and have some yummy pancakes while you are there.

I know it is not in the OP's search area but the The Montshire Museum of Science in Norwich VT deserves mentioning. My whole family loves it!
