just the free ones at the entrance to supermarkets...I like the local blurbs, comments, parade pics. etc. They have editorial pages but are featured somewhere in the middle. They also are fairly non-political, featuring fairs and animals, children at schools....

With newspapers, it's pretty much accepted that "bullying" is the way to get them to offer you a reasonable price. Just like with Comcast, you call and threaten to cancel, they transfer you to a "retention specialist" and offer a significant discount. It's how the game is played.

Reading a newspaper on a true e-ink reader is not like reading online. It's a different experience than actually holding newsprint in your hand, but you can grow to like it.

Most in this state are uninformed. Oh, yes, they do get "information" but usually word of mouth. And usually incorrect or twisted "facts".

I subscribe to the Union Leader. Read it every day.

And for anyone else, did you know that your local library has all of the newspapers to read for free. Yes, you can walk into any library in any town and actually read a newspaper.

Come on. There are uninformed people in every state. They're called Obama supporters.

It is not at all true that every town's library has all the newspapers for free.

Hi all! I will be relocating to NH Spring 2014 and wanted to keep up with the local conservative news. I was thinking about online subscription but do not know what is a good source if there is any. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
