N.H. Senate Passes Concealed Carry Bill | Valley News

It seems to be official, but I wouldn't mind constitutional carry, for future proofing against Massachusetts invasion.

Under the current law a person can openly carry a loaded firearm without a license, but the act of obscuring the gun can make the carrier a criminal.

This bill recognizes that the simple act of putting on a coat should not require a permit from the state.
What a common sense thing to say, three cheers for Senator Carson.

The House approved it, but no surprise Hassan said she will veto it, using an argument that makes no sense at all.

"Hassan said in a statement the existing state “permitting system gives an important oversight role to local law enforcement,” adding it helps ensure that “potentially dangerous individuals are not allowed to carry hidden weapons.”

She either has no understanding of the law or just made something up that uninformed folks would believe.

yay NH...

You use the word "we" pretty loosely. I and everyone I know didn't elect her. The big.gov sheep did.

Did you vote for her? If not using the word "we" is incorrect.

Like I said, nobody I know voted for her. "We" didn't do it, "they" did.
