Thank you ...You are absolutely right...Are there a lot of houses out there..yes...but what the media doesn't tell you ...is nice houses well cared for move in condition nice safe quiet neighborhood and market priced...are selling...Buyers need to be aware and do some homework on houses in the town/area they are interested in, so they know what market prices are
