I wanted to take a minute and wish ALL of the New Hampshire, New
England FATHERS and anyone else that reads this

FATHERS, GOD FATHERS, UNCLES, FATHERS TO BE FOSTER DADS, and
anyone else that has been a DAD!

We all know that anyone can be a FATHER, but it takes a lot more to be a
DAD MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU!!
To GREAT HUMAN BEINGS like "BRYFRY" that
have been a ROLE MODEL and FATHER figure to his neighbors daughter
for so many years KUDOS TO YOU MY FRIEND!! I AM PROUD TO
KNOW YOU "BRYFRY!"And MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS!!

And may GOD BLESS YOU with your DAD for many years to come!
To the UNCLES, and or other relatives that
have stepped up to the plate, now that so many children have lost their
Fathers in the IRAQ war, MAY GOD BLESS YOU AS WELL!!

My wife and daughter are going white water rafting with the girl scouts, so I have the whole weekend with my son. We are gonna do guy stuff!! Eat, go to the dump, eat, go to the lumber yard, eat, play video games, eat, throw the ball around, eat, maybe a movie, eat, eat, eat, eat. We won't shower, we'll lay around in our underwear, and we'll make one heck of a mess. Sounds great, doesn't it!
My wife and daughter are going white water rafting with the girl scouts, so I have the whole weekend with my son. We are gonna do guy stuff!! Eat, go to the dump, eat, go to the lumber yard, eat, play video games, eat, throw the ball around, eat, maybe a movie, eat, eat, eat, eat. We won't shower, we'll lay around in our underwear, and we'll make one heck of a mess. Sounds great, doesn't it!

Ah...ancient Chinese secret.
I'm just one of the "lucky" ones who has a big-time high metabolism. When I graduated from high school, I was 6'1" and weighed 155 lbs. Basically a stick. I've added weight over the last 30 years, but I'm still pretty slim compared to the beer-bellied guys my age. I could never bring myself to look like that! They call me "The Fridge" at work because I'm always in it!
Anyway, I'm psyched that I'll have time to spend with the boy. We need time for some bonding and with guys, it always involves food! BTW, he's very tall for his age (8) and he eats like a horse. Sounds like a mini me! Break out the chocolate!!!!!
