Hi there! We are a bit concerned if everything is ok with Valerie C, the realtor. She hasnt returned our calls nor e-mails for some time now. We are looking to find a good quality NH realtor to help us out.

Positiveone, I posted my concern about Val in another thread too. I hope she is only out of comission due to all the storms, like she has no power or something along those lines. She hasnt posted for a few days that I saw. If anyone does know anything about her, please let us know. As far as someone to help you out, I truly belive she is the one that can assist you in that, as she is a wealth of knowlege regarding NH, the housing market, just about anything. Plus she is a very sweet person.

Does Val work with a real estate company (like a Coldwell Banker or whatever)? If so, maybe someone who knows it could call the company and reach her that way, or at least find out it's a power outage problem?
I tried her her times, it just goes to her voice mails. I did write 5-6 times and call and leave at least 4 voice mail messages. Yeah i'm concerned too. Usually she responds to me in hours.
